Have a separate shop or companion site? We’ll add links to your companion site or shop at no extra cost to make the flow between websites seamless.
Want to link your social media? Every site includes header and footer links to all of your social platforms for easy access.
Have a newsletter? We can add newsletter signup sections to help you grow your audience at no additional cost. Simply let us know what platform you are using and we will request the details we need (such as API keys or Embed codes).
Want to rename your pages? No problem! We can easily change any page name to suit your brand - like turning the “Informational” page into “Services” or “Products.”
The Process
1. Choose Your Layout: Browse our semi-custom website layouts to find one that best fits your brand’s style. Or, let the professionals choose the best layout for your brand in our strategy call! From there colors, fonts, imagery, and more will be customized to your brand to make the website unique to you.
2. Book A Strategy Call: To ensure our project best fits your needs, we’ll hop on a call to discuss your brand. Together we will determine any additional page, hosting, copywriting refinement, or other needs to create the perfect website for you.
3. Deposit & Agreement Submission: Once we’ve agreed on the perfect project structure, we will provide a contract and deposit invoice.
4. Provide Your Brand Details: After your signature and deposit are submitted, you’ll get a form and folder to share your business info, branding details (colors, fonts, logos), and other essentials to kick off the project. After all content and information are submitted, we will officially schedule your website design into the next available slot in our calendar.
5. Project Design & Revisions: When our start date arrives, we’ll review your information and create a full website mockup for review. One round of revisions is included for text content, color and photo placements, and other minor revisions.
6. Development & Launch: After approval, we develop and test your site on multiple device types and sizes. Once finished, we launch the site and give you keys and update tutorials!
Hosting And Domains
To get your website online, you need two things: hosting and a domain name. Hosting is like renting space on the internet where you website lives. Your domain name is your website’s address (like sproutouts.com) that people use to find you.

Semi-custom website projects do not include brand design, logo design, or copywriting assistance. These can be seamlessly added to our project, so let’s discuss your needs and the best plan on our Strategy Call together.

If added to the project, our copywriting assistance focuses on turning your information into clear, easy-to-read website copy that fits your site’s structure. Our assistance refines the information you provide us, but does not include research or writing text fully from scratch for your business. If you would like to hire a professional copywriter or SEO expert to create your website content ahead of time, that is a wonderful idea and we are open to that collaboration!

What does the delivery timeline look like?
Our semi-custom website projects are designed for efficient turnaround, with most projects being wrapped up in 1-2 weeks including communication. For start dates, check the timeline note at the top of each product page for current estimates. Please note, your timeline also depends on how fast you send us your details, content, and feedback.
Do you offer payment plans or refunds?
For our semi-custom websites we require a 50% deposit to book the project and the remainder to be paid before work completion. If you think you may need a longer timeline, we can setup your purchase through Klarna as an additional option.
Because our process moves fast, we don’t offer refunds.
What if I don’t have branding yet? Can I still book a website?
We do require some basics to customize your site: your brand’s HEX color codes, font information (and files if purchased and not freely available), and a high-quality logo file with a transparent background.
If you need branding, we have affordable branding options in our shop or can add a custom brand identity design to the project.
Do you write the copy for the website?
Copywriting assistance is not included at the starting price, but can be incorporated into our project together. This includes turning your information into clear, easy-to-read website copy that fits your site’s structure.
Our copywriting assistance focuses on refining the information you provide us, but does not include research or writing text fully from scratch for your business. If you would like to hire a professional copywriter or SEO expert to create your website content ahead of time, that is a wonderful idea and we are open to that collaboration!
What parts of the website get customized?
Your site will be personalized to your branding - including colors, fonts, logos, photos, links, and text. You can also request small design tweaks, like changing photo frame shapes or removing artistic elements (like curvy borders or illustrations).
In addition, we can work together to add up to 2 extra sections within any page to fit more photos, links, or text as needed at no additional cost. These sections will follow the same design style as the rest of the site.
What if I need additional revision rounds past the one included?
No problem! Extra rounds of revisions for things such as text content, color and photo placements, and other minor revisions are $150 per round and billed upfront. Just keep in mind that more revisions might extend your timeline.
What does your contract cover?

Do you offer eCommerce websites?
Our semi-custom websites don’t include eCommerce features since those need tailored solutions. But we’re happy to create a custom eCommerce store for you through a separate project!

Or, if you already have a shop website - we will add navigation to it from your new website for no extra cost! Just give us the details in your intake form that we request.
