To make it truly yours, we customize the full logo suite with your brand name and tagline. Plus, you can add a custom color palette to make your brand even more unique!
How It Works
Step One: Choose A Brand
Pick the brand kit that most resonates with you, and purchase it from the shop.
Step Two: Give Us Details
Fill out the provided form to let us know your contact information, brand name and tagline details, and everything we need to customize the branding to you!
Step Three: Approve Your Design
We will provide you proofs of the items we customize, including your full logo suite and brand palette if requested. One round of revisions is included.
Step Four: Final Delivery and Launch!
We will provide your brand files, guide, and everything you need to start using your new visual identity. Then it’s time to launch!

What does the delivery timeline look like?
Our shop projects are designed for fast turnaround! Check the timeline note at the top of each product page for current estimates. Your timeline also depends on how quickly you provide your initial details and feedback.
Do you offer payment plans or refunds?
We offer Klarna at checkout for easy payment plans. Due to the quick process and nature of our products and semi-custom projects, we do not offer refunds.
What’s included?
Each semi-custom brand typically includes a brand palette, fonts, a full logo suite (primary, secondary, submark), social media templates, and brand guidelines. Some may also include icons, patterns, or other collateral. Details are on each product page.
Which items get customization?
We customize your full logo suite with your brand name and tagline, plus the final brand guide with your specific design details. You can also add a custom brand palette or pre-existing shop palette, and we will update your logo files, palette details, patterns/icons, and brand guide to match.
What if I need additional revisions?
We can do that! Extra revision rounds are $150 each and billed upfront. Please note, additional revisions may affect your timeline.
One round of revisions is already included with every semi-custom brand to request tweaks if desired to the customized logo designs (and custom color palette if added).
Are font licenses included?
Font licenses and files aren’t included since fonts belong to their original designers. When necessary, we provide links to purchase your own. However, we primarily focus on using commercial-free fonts when possible and note any paid fonts upfront to avoid surprises!
What does your contract cover?
Here’s a quick look at what’s in our contract:
- Project schedule and payment details (including the no-refund policy)
- Communication and feedback requirements
- Revisions included & color palette add-on details
- Our responsibilities (such as providing project deliverables and not disclosing intellectual property of our clients)
- Font file and licensing information

- Canva pro notice (not all fonts may be on the free version of Canva, so we like to give a heads up)

Can I copyright my logo(s) or artwork?
If your semi-custom brand design includes a text-only logo, you may be able to copyright that design since it features your unique brand name and tagline. However, copyright protection applies only to the specific design made for you and not the original design concepts created by Sproutouts. To fully protect your logo as a brand identifier, it’s your responsibility to pursue trademark registration.
For any logo or submark that includes icons or artwork from the Sproutouts shop, please note these designs remain the exclusive copyright of Sproutouts. They are not transferable as unique copyrights because they’re offered to multiple businesses and may be used by others.
If you want an exclusive, custom logo or artwork with full copyright ownership, we’re happy to create a design tailored just for your business! You’re also welcome to start with a semi-custom design to fit your current budget and grow into a fully custom brand as your business expands.
Additional Note: If you purchase all available copies of a semi-custom brand identity, your ability to claim copyright exclusivity may change. Please reach out to us for details!
